(*We do not receive any new items on Saturdays. Items lost between Friday and Sunday will be available at the earliest on Monday.*)

Helsinki lost&found office is handling and storing all items received from HSL (Helsinki Regional Transport). Items lost in other locations may also be inquired about here. Keys, prescription glasses and sunglasses, headwear, gloves, scarves, and umbrellas left on HSL vehicles must be inquired about in person at our office.

The office is located on the lower floor of the western wing (Kauppakuja) of Helsinki Central Railway Station, near VR’s storage lockers and the station’s restroom facilities.

In 2026, our offices are closed on the following days:

New Year’s Day 1.1., Epiphany 6.1., Easter 3.- 6.4., May Day 1.5., Ascension Day 14.5., Midsummer 19.- 20.6., All Saints’ Day 31.10., Independence Day 6.12., Christmas 24.- 26.12. On New Year’s Eve 31.12., we will close at 2:00 PM.
